Why Study at BELTEI-IU

All buildings and properties of BELTEI International University belong to BELTEI Group. The university has a well-organized management structure. There are two study programs offered: National and International Programs. The popular teaching-learning approaches include On-Campus Learning, Online Learning (E-Learning), and Blended Learning.

The university consists of 13 main faculties with a total of 45 majors. The faculties include Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Economics, Law, Education Arts and Humanities, Tourism and Hospitality, Information Technology and Science, Digital Technology and Telecommunication, Engineering, Architecture, International Relations, Civil Aviation, and Chinese.

History And Beltei Location

BELTEI International University, a private higher education institution founded on August 4, 2005, evolved from BELTEI International Institute and became a university on September 6, 2012. Officially inaugurated on August 21, 2014, by Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, the university’s full name in Khmer is “សាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ប៊ែលធី អន្តរជាតិ” and in English, “BELTEI International University.” The acronym "BELTEI" represents six major disciplines: Business, Economics, Law, Tourism, English, and Information Technology.
His Excellency Dr. Ly Chheng, the university's founder and Director-General of BELTEI Group, is a Member of the National Assembly for Phnom Penh. The university currently has two campuses in Phnom Penh, offering two main programs (National and International) with 12 faculties and 42 majors.
Campus 1 (Tuol Sleng): Located at № 21, St.360, it features a 15-storey building with 110 rooms, a 150-seat lecture hall, a 700-seat conference hall, a cafeteria, a library, and two basement parking lots.
Campus 2 (Chom Chao Flyover): Situated at № 151, National Road № 3, this 9-storey building includes 142 rooms, a 150-seat lecture hall, an 800-seat auditorium, a 1200-seat conference hall, a cafeteria, a library, a dormitory with 65 rooms, and over 10,000m² of basement parking.
